ABOUT ME

I am a young filmmaker from the South West of England. My passion for filmmaking started when I was a child, taking out my mums digital camera and filming the world around me to report back what I had found. Before long I was 16 and taking my first Film Studies lesson at A-Level and I haven't looked back since...

After completing my A-Levels I took a gap year in 2020 (possibly the worst year to take off!) but this time off gave me ample opportunity to watch more content both film and TV. I found a love of foreign films during this time, my favourites being 'Portrait Of A Lady On Fire' and 'Tomboy' dir. Celine Sciamma. By the time I started at the University of Gloucestershire I was fired up and ready to learn everything I could. Throughout my time there I was able to take on a wide range of HOD roles such as Director, Producer, Supervising Art Director and Editor as well as secondary roles like 1st Assistant Director, 2nd Assistant Camera, Gaffer and Runner. This wide range of experience has given me a deep appreciation for each departments contribution as well as a technical knowledge spanning from AVID Media Composer and camera assembly to Movie Magic Scheduling Software.
